I believe everyone has their own right to take educational courses. Because states don't have the power to care about each individuals, they can't provide us with the right educational program. We should have our own programs. I think it is more important that a college education. For example, in programming world, we can see some good programmers who do not hold a bachelor's degree. I met some of them. They only graduated high schools but they are also good programmers. They just found their way into programming. Even if they don't have bachelor's degrees, many companies respect their abilities.
Koreans' rights
1) Eat ice cream as much as you want.
2) You can be trained to master K2, K6, 81M, 60M in the millitary.
3) You can enjoy K-pop music like everyone in the world.
Korean duties as a man
1) Work hard like a machine.
2) You have to fulfill military obligations.
3) You have to pay your taxes.
4) If you are a teenager, you have to go to five academies after school.
5) You have to concentrate on your studies to the highest level in the world and always beat your competitors.
