My hobby made by Hero

I didn't realize how many things I do daily in my room. I believe that we can live our lives by expanding our happiness in various ways. In my case, I find joy in things that can be done at home. Usually, I study at the library and once I finish all my daily tasks, I return home. When I step into my house, it's my own free time to spend as I please. I am grateful for the time I have to do the things I enjoy. It brings me immense happiness.

 

Meditation is one of my daily routines. I know that there are people who struggle to meditate. I have friends who have tried to meditate but just can't seem to get it. I understand that meditation is not for everyone. When I meet those people, I tell them that if they want to meditate, they should keep trying, but if they don't want to, that's okay too.

 

Exercising is something I do almost every day, and I am grateful for it. When I am feeling upset or have had a bad experience, exercising helps me to relax and feel better. For example, when I encountered a rude elderly man at a pharmacy, I did exercising to calm myself down.

 

Playing the piano is another hobby I enjoy at home. I learned how to play when I was young, but over the years, I forgot how to play. Nowadays, I am slowly re-learning and practicing how to play.

 

I also enjoy listening to ASMR. In the past, I couldn't understand why people liked it, but now I see that there are many different types of ASMR to listen to.

 

For those who love a challenge, brain games and puzzles can be a great way to exercise your mind and improve your cognitive skills. I also like to do push-ups and go for walks to keep my body fit and active.

 

Lastly, listening to music and audiobooks is a great way to unwind and enjoy some downtime. There are plenty of easy and fun hobbies to explore and enjoy from the comfort of your home like me. So, take some time to try something new and see what brings you joy.
