Korean cuisine

I've heard that Koreans consume a lot more salt than the recommended standard set by the CDA. Even though they are trying to reduce their salt intake, many Koreans take pride in eating extremely spicy foods. It's no secret that Korean cuisine can be both spicy and salty, but what sets it apart is their ability to create new and unique flavor combinations.

While my father has often criticized these tendencies as bad features of Koreans, I think they are well-suited to our fast-paced modern world. Life is moving at the speed of light these days, and Koreans love to keep up with the latest trends and innovations. Korea has become a paradise for foodies, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. Foods are combinations in Korea. We mix anything and are not afraid of trying new things. For example, we mix cheese and kimchi with chicken to make a delicious dish.

Whether it's Hanwoo beef, delicious pork dishes like Samgyupsal, or classic favorites like Ddeokbokki, Korean cuisine is sure to delight the taste buds. There are so many mouth-watering options to choose from, and you can easily find them on platforms like some Youtube channel or through a quick Google search.

I think one of the main reasons why Korean food is so important to me is because it reminds me of my mom's cooking. In fact, one of the best compliments we can give to a dish is to say that it tastes "just like my mom made it(we could see this in Ratatouille)." And even though I may be leaving Korea for a long time, I know I'll miss the food and the memories that come with it.
